    @Ax51994 its not healthy to eat only 800 calories a day its best to eat small portion meals about 4 different times through the day about every 2-3 hrs this keeps your metabolizim running fast combine that with cardio workout like jump rope running biking anything that gets the heart pumping for a good while and youll lose weight fast and stay healthy
